Welcome to Dowa Elegance Resort in Ella! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please take note of the following terms and conditions:

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges.

  1. Check-In and Check-Out:

    • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges.

  2. Booking and Payment:

    • A valid Passport /NIC is required at check-in for all guests.
    • 50% payment is required upon booking to confirm your reservation.
    • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

  3. Children and Extra Beds:

    • Children of all ages are welcome.
    • Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
    • Please notify us in advance if you require extra beds or cribs.

  4. Pets:

    • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Dowa Elegance Resort.

  5. House Rules:

    • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
    • Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Loud noise or disturbances are not permitted.
    • The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the premises.
